“We have known Dr. Fuller for a long time as his father, Dwain G. Fuller, MD, has been a leader in our practice for more than 35 years,” said Texas Retina Associates CEO Jeff Brockette. “The Lubbock community continues to grow, and we are thrilled Dr. Fuller has decided to come home and join our team, serving patients in that office.”
