We know you value your time, and we do, too. That is why we continually strive to see patients on a timely basis.
However, certain retinal conditions are emergencies, and we pledge to all of our patients and referring physicians to see urgent or emergency cases on a same-day basis. We do our best to work these patients into our daily schedule with minimal impact on our patients who have appointments. However, despite our best planning and efforts, this can sometimes cause a delay.
We apologize for any delays you may experience in our office, but please know that quality patient care is our top priority. We are committed to providing all of our patients with the retina care they need when they need it. If you are concerned about running past your appointment time, please ask at the desk about the expected wait time. If you cannot wait, we will understand and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
